Chief Operating Officer

Jeanette Forrester joined the North Staffordshire Medical Institute in January 2022 as Chief Operating Officer. Jeanette formerly worked as a Senior Manager in the NHS and Higher Education sector, where her interest in the benefits investing in Laboratory Benchwork to Patient Bedside Research and Education started. Over the years Jeanette has worked alongside some of the best National and International Clinical and Scientific Academic colleagues based with our local hospitals and universities.

Suan Madew

Office Administrator

Suan joined the Wade Conference Centre, where she oversees significant aspects of administration and supplier management, ensuring the facility is well maintained and fully prepared to host your next event.

Michelle Timperley

Conference and Events Co-Ordinator

Michelle joined the North Staffordshire Medical Institute in January 2024 and has since become an integral part of the Conference Centre’s operations, serving as the Bookings Administrator. With her personalized approach, Michelle ensures that every booking is tailored to meet your specific needs.
