Peter Blood now Retired former Deputy Lieutenant for Staffordshire Joined The North Staffordshire Medical Institute back in 1995 whilst working in his own Private Consultancy practice specialising in niche services for the property sector. Prior to this Peter was recruited by Britannia Building Society to develop and implement the strategies for setting up an Estate Agency Business.

Peter has many areas of expertise including Property, Surveying, Leadership, Business planning & Finance.

Peter became involved with our Charity due to an interest in The Medical Institute and the good it did for Local Medical Research. As a local businessman being part of the Institute has been rewarding enabling him to give his time to a “truly superb organisation” (in his words). Over the years The North Staffordshire Medical Institute has become part of Peters life rather than just another organisation he has been involved with and is something that he is extremely proud to be part of.

Now Retired Peter Enjoys Fishing & Classic Cars. Being the proud owner of a XK Jaguar 150 Shared and enjoyed with his son.
